The BeauvageŽ&Vipress range are all made from natural products with an aloe vera base, with added herbs and botanicals, which do change colour, texture, consistency and scent from time to time. This does not change the ability of the products in any way to work at their best. They are all natural, and we refine all our products to the best of our ability, and each batch is made in small amounts to insure freshness and quality, in the most natural process we can make.

No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Channel Health Ltd until we have received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. That acceptance when complete will be effectively communicated to you at the time. Channel Health Ltd will send confirmation e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Channel Health Ltd of your offer to buy goods from Channel Health Ltd.
This confirmatory e-mail will contain all the relevant information concerning your order.
You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print it out and keep a copy of it.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Should any products ordered be out of stock we will inform you in writing by post, email or telephone and allow you to cancel your order if you so wish. If we do not hear otherwise we will send out your products when they are back in stock.
Price and Payment
The price of the products will be the price quoted in the Web Site at the time we accept your order. The price will include free delivery to the UK unless otherwise stated (see delivery charges for Europe and Worldwide).
Unless you qualify for free delivery, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in the web site at the time we accept your order. The amount varies according to the delivery address and the method of delivery.
Payment is made by credit card, cheque or postal order. (The credit cards we accept are listed in the Web Site at the time you place your order). Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your credit card or by cheque if you paid by cheque.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your product. However, it may be necessary to return your product to us in some limited circumstances. Please ensure that you follow these instructions for returning a product to avoid a delay in processing your return. Other than as required by law we have no general policy of accepting returns.
Returns will not be accepted unless they have a Returns Authorisation Number on the label. This number can be obtained by contacting our customer service department on info@channelhealthltd.com.
You the customer are solely responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery. You must contact info@channelhealthltd.com should you wish to inform us of damaged, defective or missing goods and/or delivery discrepancies within 48 hours of your delivery being made.
When sending a return to us, you are responsible for the safe carriage of the product back to us (except where the product is faulty, when we will pay the return delivery charge).
Any product returned to us must be returned in the same or similar packaging.
Refunds will be processed within thirty [30] days from the date you tell us of a product return and refunds will not be issued until the product has been received by us in its original unopened or delivered state.
You should return any product to us via a suitably insured means based on the value of the product. This means that you may recover the full value if the product is lost or damaged. You should retain any receipt confirming the return. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on our website or through our telesales team and claim a full refund. To cancel your order you must notify us as required within seven [7] working days following the day of delivery. You must return the product to us as required by these Terms but if you do not or if you return the product at our expense we may charge you the reasonable costs of returning a product except in the case of cancellation of substitute products.
Should you wish to exercise your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations your order may only be cancelled in writing, by fax or by e-mail. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. You can contact our Returns Team by e-mail at info@channelhealthltd.com.
The goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us. You are strongly advised to arrange for adequate insurance to cover the product during its return journey.
The product should be returned within seven [7] working days from the date we receive your cancellation. If you are unable to return the product to us within seven [7] working days you must contact us.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY GOODS
Should your goods arrive damaged during transit, please let us know and return the goods. We will despatch a replacement or refund your credit card at our discretionShould you need to return a product due to an error on our part we will exchange or refund the product for you. We will also refund any reasonable associated carriage costs. We will also despatch the correct product the same day.
UNWANTED OR INCOMPATIBLE GOODS
We are not obliged to accept the return of a product unless covered by the Distance Selling Regulations and you have notified us of cancellation in writing within seven [7] days of delivery, except where the product is faulty or not as described.
We are entitled, subject to our discretion, to accept products that are unopened and unused subject to the deduction of a handling and administration fee of 20%.

Should we authorise the return of an unwanted or incompatible product, you are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us. Furthermore you are advised to organise appropriate insurance to cover the return journey.
